Tempeh Truffles

Ingredients

200 g fresh tempeh, straight out of the incubator
200 g pitted dates
25 g cacao powder
100g shredded coconut
50g coconut oil
1 package vanilla sugar
pinch of salt

Method

It is important to use homemade fresh tempeh, straight out of the incubator. Then the tempeh still has fresh and fruity flavour. Microwave the tempeh for 2 minutes at high power in microwave-safe container, or steam  for 10 min and allow to cool down. Mix all the ingredients very well in the food processor. Roll into small balls and optionally cover with cacao powder or shredded coconut. Keep refrigerated until used and consume within 3 days.
