Tempeh Wraps

4 whole-wheat wraps
1 block of tempeh, sliced
4 Tbsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp Muhmmara spread
2 sliced avocados, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
50 grams mixed lettuce
few mint leaves
2 Tbsp sesame oil
Chive ranch dipping sauce


1. Pour the soy sauce over the tempeh and leave to marinate for a few hours. Fry the tempeh on a medium heat until crisp and slightly brown.
2. Warm the beans and wraps.
3. Take a wrap and spread with a tablespoon of Muhmmara spread. Top this with a few pieces of tempeh, avocado, lettuce and tomato. Add some chive ranch dipping sauce.
4. Roll up the wrap.
